Documents needed

Hello all,
My employer is willing to sponsor for work permit. He says he is going to supply all paperwork needed from company side and i had to get it done through a solicitor . what documents are require for WP application from my side . I had done masters from heriot watt university in structural engg., but i could not find original bachelors degree . I have got the photocopies . To get the originals ,its a time consuming process . do i need to enclose these originals for workpermit.
