HSMP - Incorrect Assessment

Post by haryani » Mon Aug 15, 2005 7:40 am

Dear Friends

I have applied for HSMP under 28, however the Assessing Officer has assessed it in Over 28 Scheme on the ground that sufficient evidence was not provided to verify age.

Can you people suggest what shoud I DO

Best Regards
Zeeshan

Review the information you sent and contact the case worker to add evidence of your age (try to explain before it goes to an appeal); it happend to me with my wife, they asked me to prove that I had lived with her for 2 years, it took me a few days but I got evidence of us living toghether every 6 months.
Try to find additional evidence of your age...passport, birth certificate...etc
