Just wanted to know whether people who get a part of their Salary in UK and the balance in India are eligible to change their status to Tier 1 General from their present status of Tier 2 (ICT - Intra Company Transfer).

Yes.Provided you can show evidence for your earnings like tax documents P60,form 16 and IT return form
