Hi all,


I am planning to apply for HSMP sometime during this month(Aug' 2005)

I have the following questions:
i) I worked for 3 different companies during the period Aug 2004- July 2005. I have pay slips from 2 companies and from the other company i don't have the payslips. So what other proof can i submit? I have tax statements from March 2004 to March 2005(That is the finanicial year in my country - India).

ii) I am planning to produce a letter from my accountant for my earnings during last 12 months. Could someone send me the format of the letter.

iii) Also I had earned some good amount with the ESOP(Employee Stock Option Plan) during last year. What proof can i give to include this money? [My employer is not ready to give a letter/certificate for this. All I have to prove this is bank statement and the transaction history of my online trading account).

It would be of great help if someone could help me with the above said items.
