Extension - Tier 1 (General) - how early can i apply

Post by hsmpchacha » Sun Jan 24, 2010 6:41 pm

Hi,

Sorry for re-posting. I have a very simple n straight question.

To claim the age benefit, i have to apply before i turn 35. i.e. 6 months early to my visa expiry.

i am ready to scarify 6 months, however would like to know if there is a max limit.

i am aware of http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/worki ... owtoapply/. But this is to encourage people not to miss deadline. is there any max limit, such as you have to wait at least 6 months to expire?

TIA

Please don't make mutiple posts on the same topic.

This query has been responded to in the other thread you've created and any other member wishing to add something can do so there itself.
