hi Group

I am going to apply for my wife's and kid's Tier-1 general dependent visa from India. I have all the documents except tenancy agreement.

The issue is, i am vacating house and i have only one month in my tenancy agreement. Can i show that as a proof? Will there be any checks from Embassy on that front?

Alternatively, i am planning to show one month hotel Accommodation.

2. Is there time limit to come to back if i am going on a holiday? For example, if i am thinking to go for 3 months out of UK. will there be any problems/issues at the time of entry?

appreciate your help. Please share your experience.

Regards
Murali

- Accomodation proof is not mandatory or listed in the HOCheck list.. but if you have one valid you can provide it and mention in the cover letter that you are in process of getting it extending it.. hotel accomodation will prove you are not extending it though??so think abt it...

- should not be a problem at immigration but when comes to ILR qualification, things are different
