Some dependant information required

Hi guys

My wife is in UK on HSMP visa. I am in USA on student visa. I want to join my wife as a HSMP dependant. Can anyone please tell me whats the procedure for applying for the dependant and what are the documents required. Also do I need to send the application to UK or i can get the visa from British Consulate in USA.

You submit your application to the nearest British consulate in the US (since you are legally a resident there).

For more info and requirements go to: www.ukvisas.gov.uk

Click on "Do I need a visa?" and supply your info on the left. You can also search for the form "Guidance - Husbands, wives and partners (INF 4) (01/06/05)".
