Urgent Need Help on EC Sponsorhsip Document

Dear Folks,

Can anyone Please provide a Format of the Document who has transferred Funds recently into their Bank Account and have then created a Notarized Statement explaining the Recent Deposit?

I do need to create a Notarized Document explaining the Funds I ahve recetnly deposited ?

For EC from Chennai, does One have to Provide a Projected Expenditure document?

Are the UK consulate folks in Chennai accomodative in allowing Delayed EC Dates

Any Help would be appreciated.
