Acknowledgement of application

Hi,
I have sent my HSMP application to the DONCASTER office last week through Fedex from India. The application has reached the Home office on Thursday. while filling the application, for acknowledgement of application I have given my email id. It is already three days old but I couldn't get any mail from home office.

Any idea of how long does it take to get the acknowledgement mail.

Give it a few more days. They will send you the ack letter by mail. If you have payed by Credit card then check your account for the debit. Your ack letter is disptached after payment is deducted.

how much time did it take from fedex to reach HO ? working days ?
how is the service ?

My application has reached the Home office on 31 Aug. Ihave got the Reference number on 8 September. I have sent the fees by cheque.
