Visa Extension refused due to college suspension

I applied for my student visa extension while my school was on Tier 4 licence sponsor and was later suspended by HO. My application was refused 3days ago because the case worker can not find the name of my school on Tier 4 sponsor register as at the time of check. I was given and appeal or an option to re-apply. I got no valid leave at the moment.


Thou, the case worker suppose to hold my application until the suspension is resloved which he failed to do.


Please, what can i do? Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

I prefer new refresh application instead of going for appeal.

By my experience.. my appeal was failed..

You already have chances to re-make a new application..

if you can afford ..please go for new refresh application...

They(the case worker) will not hold any applicatin this time..

My application was refused by case worker because college was suspended the following week after submission with right of apeal or re-apply with no right of appeal.

At present, the college is still on suspension while the suspension is in court for adjudication.

Reason for refusal

College name was not on register of Tier 4 Sponsors when checked by UKBA.

I am about to start my final stage of my masters programme {dissertation} in april and my university is insisting that i must have a valid visa with their sponsorship before i can progress.

Is it possible to appeal and make a fresh application at the same time with University sponsorship?

What options are available to me, please?
