if failure from second Tribunal hearing ??

Hi,

I had hearing today in tribunal...let me explain first

i had failed to get 10 points in Tribunal first time and I was on reconsideration.
I passed recondiseration and back to Tribunal again on 9th March.

I have my lawyer with me and I noticed that my lawyer's answer and responses were not enough. I was not satisfy what he has done in the court room. ( Now, I am waiting for descission from Judge, I dont know how long they gonna take..)

If I faliure again from second Tribunal hearing, what should I do.. ??

Is there way to High Court?? I can not afford to pay any more to go for further state..

Please advice me,

Yes, you can go higher up and contest the tribunal decision. But if you think it will all be free for you until the top, then you might be mistaken.

I had spent Â£1500 for reconsideration and another Â£1500 for second Tribunal hearing.. I was not satsify what my lawyer had done in the court room. I could fail to get 10 points from second Tribunal.I provided all the evidences which are more than enough. We had to fight the ground is ERROR of THE LAW. I dont know yet what is gonna be. I am waiting for descission. I cant afford to spend more,if i fail this stage..

Question > Can I have free representative in High Court? just incase if i fail from tribuanl and if i have to go to hight cout..

Please any advice..
