Next Step - Enter UK with Tier 1 HSW visa ( Need Help !! )

My visa effective date is 4/19/2010.

So my question is :
1) Is it possible that I enter in October, and stay for few days, and then come back to the coutry where I am working and living now, and probably go back to UK after a year ? Will they allow me to ente UK after I live outside for more than a year ?

2)I probably will stay where I am for another 2 years, but will go to UK couple times each year, will they allow me to enter if I just go there and stay for few weeks instead of living and working there ?

Thanks for the answers. I have read some other threads which said something about 180 days rule and some problems of entering in the UK when people live outside UK for quite amount of time. Is that true ? Can someone help me clarify this confusing ?

From what you want to do ... forget about ILR ....

It all depends on whether you will be asked by immigration officer everytime you enter (specially after long vacation) ... but it all depends on immigration officer ... i was interviewed for 10 mins ( but all general questions) on one of my long vacation .. but officer was nice and i GUESS wanted to know if i was mis-using the visa .... or may be he was bored :).... it all depends on officer.
