Information needed for inviting visitor....please help

Hi All,


Please help me with my query i have already searched the forum and gone through thousands of posts but dint find proper answer for my query.

I am currently on Tier 1 and want to invite my Dad and Sister to visit me. I came across some posts that mentioned that i will have to provide the following documents:

- 6 months bank stmts
- Tenancy agreement

And my Dad and Sister will have to show their bank account stmts and property documents

My question is:

- How much balance do i have to show?
- Will i show 6 months stmt o 3 months stmts?
- How much balance my Dad & Sister will have to show
- Do i need any letter from accountant?
- I live in 1 bed apartment will it be fine to show my tenancy agreement?

And if any other documents are required please advise.

From Balance point of you need to show you have sufficient funds if you are paying for their trip.

Their statement is needed to check if they are using the account e.g if someone is living at a place they will be operating the account money in/out that's what normally they check.

Property papers might be needed depending on your your local VFS requirments to show the reason for return.
