question - cover letter

Hi

I am applying for tier 1 through permier appointment next week. I have seen lots of posts for cover letter.

My question is that the form seems good enough for the the application. Do I still need a cover letter? Does it improve the chances?

Most of the applicants use cover letter if they have something to explain to the caseworker who is working on ur case.. if u dont think anything is required to explain.. Coverletter is not required.. and btw it is not mandatory..
