tier 1 one time thing??

tier 1 one time thing??

If you get tier 1 and do not go there, Can you reapply it? Or it is one time in life thing. If you can reapply, is there any time limit before making new application?

advice will highly appreciated

If you have tier 1 and it expired, then you will have to make a fresh application. There is no time limit.
