Post by hunpak » Thu Apr 08, 2010 12:35 am

Hi friends

Thanks to all of ur support i got my EEA2 RC and now i want to apply for my wife's EEA3 or PR but she still don't have a EEA1..it is very confusing.
Can we apply for her EEA3 directly as she's bin here in uk for more than 5 years.. she had a workers registration in 2007 but she was working and paying tax and NI during her 5 years stay..

also if u can help me with what type of doc's i can send HO to prove my wife's stay in uk and exercising her treaty rights? e.g list of docs for eea3 applications

No, it's really easy. Sorry for the tardiness in this reply.

The application form can be completed online.

No need to apply for EEA1
Just fill EEA3 form http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... /eea31.pdf
and send with required documents http://www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk/siteco ... /guide-eea
