Submission of documents

Hey Guys,

I am planning to submit my documents to Visa Office in Mumbai, India by next week.
I am submitting all the required documents which they require.
I cannot expect a refusal from the HO
I only have the following issue.

I have read in this and many forums that even after people submit original pay slips and bank statement and after meeting the salary criteria they are rejected on the basis that the Visa Officer is not satisfied by the bank statements or maintenance fund requirement.
I have everything original with me.
What are the chances of rejection and on what basis.
What precautions should i take to satisfy the Visa Officer even after i would be submitting all the originals ?
