Company took over by Bank Administrators

I need urgent advice. I am on a WP since 2005 in 2009 I changed it to Tier 2. My ILR is due in ist week of October, 2010.

Problem is that my current Company took over by Bank Administrators. They are running it with same staff, managers & same company name as a new company.

Please let me know what should I do with sponsor license & do I need to inform HO.

I cant find any other employer to hire me, also I don't qualify for Tier 1.
My field is IT.
