Can any1 please advice about the fees to apply for Tier-1(initially hsmp)dependant from India?Also does the form SU07 i.e sponsorship undertaking needs to be submitted too.

If initial HSMP was applied for after 07-Nov-06, then Tier 1 dependent fee applies.
