Hi all!!
Could you please let me know if payslips and letter from accountant are considered to be from the same source? (I know that payslips and letter from employer are from the same source)
Actually I got a refusal for the T1 (general) PSB, as they said that my tax documents did not meet the statutory requirements, because they only showed the tax deducted but failed to show the declarable tax (earnings), whereas I also provided my accountant letter specifying my earnings and the tax paid with the receipts. They said they could not take into account this letter because I was salaried employee, whereas I am owner and sole shareholder of my overseas business. I provided my business registration documents but I could not provide my personal bank statements to corroborate them with payslips as payments are usually made in cash back home (cash in hands) meaning the transactions in my account would have shown different amount of cash deposit. The true is that as owner I keep on receiving earnings instead of net profit.
It’s may be a complex situation but I’m really frustrated as I’ve the feeling of an unlawful decision and I’ve got no right to appeal because my current visa (post study work) is still valid.
Could please advise me on what I should do? Can I ask for an administrative review to the UK Border?
If a caseworker deliberalety left out relevant documents, is that considered as a professional misconduct?
Many thanks for helping me out… and looking forward to your replies.
