Question regarding newness of documents (tier 1 dependent)

Hi All,

I had all my documents ready for submission on friday (28th May 2010) and dates on all docuemtns are showing uo 27th May 2010. Since 28th may was a holiday in VFS I could not apply. Can I submit the same set of documents on Monday without any date change? VAF 10 and cover letter also says 27th May 2010. Please advise.

I don't find any issue with this. You can prepare the covering letters and fill the application form any time before making an application. As long as your evidence for maintenance fund is comlying to guidance I don't see any date issues..
