Doubts in VAF9 Form

Hi,

Could someone clarify the following doubts in the VAF9 form :

1. Section 5.6 Do you have children under 18 accompanying you or joining later:
I am currently in dependent visa (my husband's Workpermit) and i am planning to apply for TIER-1 visa. My kid is also having UK dependent visa. Now i am applying Tier-1 only for me. So in the VAF9 form, should i put the details of my kid in section 5.6 ? my kid will be travelling with me, but with the dependent visa of my husband.

2. Section 6.2 Have you travelled to UK in the last years
I have been in UK for the last 2 years, but i have travelled to india many times. Should i mention all the dates when i entered UK with details ?

3. Section 6.8 Have you made an application to Home office to remain in UK in the last 10 yrs
Is this related to Work permit / dependent applications in UK ?
