hi guys

i wanted some help, i am not currently working. but i have submitted my wifes application in april 2010. but due to unforseen circumstances i got dismissed from the company i was working for, also the police have got my passport for a different matter.

i had submitted my wifes application when i was working would it effect my wifes application that im not working could some one pplss advise.

cuz i no some one who had his passport in police custody and his wifes ILR rejected and is ongoing a appeal

Sorry, I just missed about your passport. I answered by thinking that you have issue only in the job. Wait for senior member to comment on your issue.

which passport u have and is ur wife woking at the moment
u stated ur passport is currently with police
so what document u have sent to home office as replacement
of ur passport

in relation to ur answer i have sent a certified copy of my british passport which is currently being held by the met police.

and i have sent all relevant docs.

ok have u sent enogh documents like p60 when u were in work and letters in ur name and wife medical card ur and ur wife etc
if u have sent enogh doc then no prob otherwise they will ask more and may b they will ask ur work wages slips in that
is ur wife working if she working then no problem
