Hi friends,

Home office had refused my application and I am about to start process of judicial review against them.My barrister wrote and sent a pre action protocol letter to home office.

We have got a reply from home office in which they wrote

That we will fully reconsider your application and will tell you about the outcome.

I just want to know that it's positive or .....

And how much time they are going to take for reconsideration?

Can you please share the reason for the rejection, documents you supplied with your application along with the text on your rejection letter?
