Scheduling appointment

For UK student visa, I understand that normally one can schedule an appointment 3 months before the course start. However in India, currently VISA office is allowing appointments only if course start date is on or before 30th Jul. Is anyone aware of tentative time when appointment for September joining will be allowed? Please let me know if there is a way I can find out. Thanks
