What visa do i need for my baby born abroad?

What visa do i need for my baby born abroad?

Hi,
We both husband and wife are permanent resident of UK (Indefinite leave to remain).
Our baby was born in Pakistan and wants to come to UK to live with us.
1-What visa should we apply for our baby so he can live with us in UK?
2-Will my baby be able to apply for British citizen as soon as he comes in UK?
