Hi,
Filling my HSMP Extension form, I got confused about section W - Public Funds. Point W1 says that if the applicant is not receiving Public Funds, then an original letter from local housing authority be sent, as an evidence. Do anyone has any idea, if it is mandatory to send the referred letter.

Where does it say that you need to send an original letter from local housing authority as an evidence?

If you select NO for question W1, then you go to section 5 and NOT to W5.
