Is it overstay?please help

My tier 4 visa was expired on 28th february 2010.i applied the first time for my two dependents on 11th of march
2010 under tier4.Because I did not aware i need to fill up seperate depandant appliction form.but I mentioned my two depandant with my main applicationis on 17 feb10.is ukba will consider my two depandant as a overstayer.please can anyone give me an advice.thanks

they might refused. u better go to IAS

read a bit and go quickly.. depend on your income, they will charge you, but income low, it is free. you must be in UK..
