Walk-in service at Croydon public enquiry office

Owing to technical difficulties with the online booking system, the Croydon public enquiry office will be offering a walk-in service (open to customers without an appointment) on Monday 5 July 2010 between 8am and 1pm.

Visits are likely to take a minimum of three hours. If you are making an application for settlement, you should ensure that your application falls within 28 days of your qualifying date (which is calculated from your date of entry to the UK).

Although we will be able to see everyone taking advantage of the walk-in service between the stated times, we cannot guarantee that all cases will be concluded on the day.

The walk in service is limited to Monday 5 July between the stated times. If you wish to visit the Croydon public enquiry office at any other time, you will need to book an appointment in advance.
