How to cancel ILR appointment

Dear Friends,

I haver an appointment at Solihull PEO for my ILR next week, but now I want to defer that till September end.

Can you please tell me how can I cancel the appointme nt. I tried it over phone, but even after 40 mins, couldn't get to speak to anyonet at home office nor could I find anything online to cancel the appointment.

Also, will there be any adverse impact of this when I try to book an appointment later for September?
