Toddlers visa application as a dependent to Tier 1 ( General

Dears
I plan to apply for Tier1 UK visa as main applicant in next 3 months outside of UK and my wife will apply for a dependent visa at the same time. But we have a little daughter who is 3 years old. She does not have an independed passport. Would you please advise me how we should apply for her? Thanks

She will have to get a passport first.
