I've been reading on the forum and from my understanding one of the key requirements to getting ILR from the HSMP is evidence of continued economic activity - especially at the time of the application.
If I am studying part time and working part time or if I am employed on a temporary basis (temp work from a temping agency), will that be sufficient evidence of economic activity.
I would have been in graduate level employment from at least 3 years and 8 months since the start.
Thanks
Mark
