Tier-1 General Visa Earning attribute calculation query

Dear All,

Currently I am on Tier - 2 visa from last 18 months in UK.
I will receive partial salary in UK (Live -Ex) and remaining Salary in India. If I want to switch into Tier - 1 General visa - how I can calculate my previous earnings. Whether I have to convert my Indian salary into Sterling and Multiply it by 5.3 and then add it to my UK income (or) Simply convert my Indian salary into Sterling (without multiplier) and add it to UK Income?

Please help me on this by providing the needful information.
