Query related to Tier-1 Application. Please advise

Hi,

I have a few questions related to Tier-1 Visa applications
1) How many tier-1 visas were given in 2009-10?
2) Chances of the tier-1 visa limit of 23000 getting exhausted in Dec'10
3) Can I show Gratuity pay as part of the earnings?

Please advise.
