Can I reapply for Tier1 after 2 years?

Post by anurk » Mon Aug 23, 2010 2:38 pm

Hi,
I have a HSMP valid until April 2013. I have already extended my HSMP once.
But I am going back to India now.
Can I reapply again for HSMP or Tier 1 later as fresh or is there a possibility to renew the existing one?

Obviously you will not be able to reapply for HSMP as the scheme closed in 2008. But yes, you may apply for Tier 1 (if it exists at that time) or similar immigration category open at that time.
