switching from psw to student visa

Hi All

I am currently on PSW visa and my wife is here on my dependent visa, my visa is expiring on next year, i am thinking to switch my wife's psw dependent visa to student visa in home country, she is planing to take addmission in ACCA, my questions are,

1 does she has to go any english test?
2. what are the documents she needs to file for student visa at home country.

i will appreicate if someone give me better advice,
