Any formality required before/on leaving to UK after getting

Hi,

I got tier-1 visa starting from 30th this month and I have booked the flight on the same day in morning 2 AM . I want to know if any formality I need to do before getting the flight . I do have ECNR. Should I need to keep any letter with me or passport and flight ticket is more than sufficient .
