Tier1 Basic queries.

Hi,
This is vijay.I was issued Tier1 in India. I have some basic queries regd U.K tier1 Visa.
First one is Should we visit U.K in first six months since the visa was issued?
Is there any such rule for tier1?
Or I can visit U.K at any time during my term of visa?
Second one is currently i am in Singapore, could i take flight directly to U.K from singapore?
Please answer to my queries ASAP as it is quite urgent and help.

No.

Any time before expiry.
