Question about Marriage

Hello,
I have a question which I would like help with. I am on my HSMP extension leave and I will be applying for my indefinite next year in November.

I am also getting married in march next year and want to bring my wife over asap. I want to know whether I could apply for her dependent visa before the marriage. I am from Pakistan and I know it takes ages to apply for visa hence the reason for this post so to avoid delays.

What are my options.
