Applying for my brother

Hi

I am applying for my brother who is in Pakistan.

My brother did BSC (Hons) in computers from Pakistan
IELTS 6 Band, he couldn't get 6.5 Band

Now he is taking admission in PGDip (1 year) from a collage
which will be equvillant to PgD / Level 7
and awarding body is "Ascentis"

Now question is

After one year of completion of that diploma, will he get PWS/IGS? or do he need to apply for MSC course and then complete it and then he can apply for IGS/PWS

If yes to MSC, then does he needs to appears in IELTS again while in UK to qualify for MSC (6.5 IELTS) requirements?

I would appreciate your help in this regard.

No one can predict for you today what the PSW eligibility criteria will be when your brother completes his PGDip / MSc.
