Settlement visa for mum and sister

Post by sophie21 » Sun Sep 19, 2010 11:22 am

Hi
I have my sister who is over 18 and widowed mother who is under 65, living in
India. They moved to India from srilanka when they lost their house by Tsunami. They have no one to support in Srilanka and so moved to India in 2009 as there was fear of life.

My mother had undergone a surgery on her back. She is not a healthy person at all.

I financially help my mum and sister, I have own accommodations here. My wife is also working.

Is there any possiblity I can sponsor them to UK?

I welcome your suggestions!!!!!!

That being the case, no hope of the visa for your mother unless you can show she is covered by "in the most exceptional compassionate circumstances".

You would be well advised to seek professional advice concerning what will be a very difficult application.
