first tier 4 student visa extension

Hi there!
I am doing BCS Diploma in IT which is a 3-year course.(exams held twice a year)

My problem is slightly long so i am breaking it down below.

1) I came here on 29-10-2009 and visa expires on 03-11-2010.
( visa valid from 13-10-2009)

2)I was due to start my course in october itself but my sponsor postponed my enrolment until february, citing health reasons. I finally got enrolled in feb but the actual studies began in april. Now i am having my exams on 28,29 of september 2010. The results will be out on january 2011.

I want to complete my graduation but on which grounds will i request to have my stay extended, as my current leave to remain expires before the results are out.

I would be very grateful if someone suggested me about everything including the bank details. Thank you
