Bank statments balance

Post by anastacia7 » Tue Oct 05, 2010 1:34 pm

hello dear members

can someone tell me how much money is sufficient when applying for marriage visa from outside the uk. i got my fiance s bank statements from the last three months but the balance of the first month is around 1100 . what i m not sure is ,do we need to have more than 1600 all three months.
should i be worried about this even if he s got a good job nd i m also showing the payslips.
and i got the tenancy agreement but there s no contact numbers from the landlord on it , only addresses and witnesses signatures. and also the contract finishes in January.

thanks in advance

Your finances are fine as long as you're showing that you're working and there is sufficient money for you both to live on.

However, get a letter from your landlord that states that they will renew the contract as you do need to have 6 months left on the tenancy agreement. He can write his contact numbers and such on the letter.
I tell it like it is.
