Accomodation and Sponship

Post by mteja » Mon Oct 18, 2010 1:22 am

Hello All,

I have two questions and will appreciate if someone could point me to the right direction pls:

I recently got my ILR as a spouse of British citizen. I would now like my daughter to join us: We are currently staying in a one bedroom until end of this month. We have already got a new bigger property moving in november: i intend to apply for my daughters visa next month. So basically we will have only been in the new property for two weeks by time i will be applying for her visa. All our evidences ie bank statement, council tax letter will be in this(old) address. The only document we will be having in new address will be the tenancy agreement. Will that be a problem with the visa application??

Also am the mother of my daughter, am filling in the forms as the sponsor, but my income is not that much. And there is no space to feel in my husbands income. Though with both of our income we got enough to support her. Will be submiting both our payslips and bankstatements. He got his bank statement and i got mine. but will submit all/both of them. Would that be an issue???

Someone pls advise

It should be okay to include your husband's income details.

If the child's father is alive and not your husband, then you will also have to show sole responsibility.

thanks vinny,

As for the rest i think i am fine with that ie sole responsility etc..the only issues was the two mentioned:_

I get the information in link. But stilkl dont understand where should i fill in the form my husbands income, there is only one space for sponship income..

accomodation still not clear, i wont have any prove ie in letters/documents received in that (new)address, will the rent agreement be enough??

Plse advise, anyone???
