I have send my review request in June 2005, then when I called the HO i have been told that the original letter has been lost and that i had to email it to them again so I did. Then I have been told (in August) that they will consider my case as soon as possible and i have been waiting and waiting and waiting...until one day I called them and asked again what is happening with my request. They gave me a name of the person who allegedly was dealing with my case and I have sent an email for her attention. In fact i have sent a very detailed email and in reply i received a very dry email from the HO...smth like "Dear Madam, Your review request is awaiting for its consideration. We will inform you on results accordingly". I had no choice but to wait again, but two weeks ago i have called them again and this time i have been told that my review request have been withdrawn! I asked why and the guy on the line told me he did not know. I am shocked. Who do they think we are?
I want to lodge a complain. I feel upset I feel that they do not care and I feel that my rights are infringed. Dear Moderators, pls advise me. I do not know what to to. May be i should contact a PR department of thr HO? Rgrds,
