Tier 1 Earnings -- Combined income in india and europe

Hi all,

I am based in europe and am in dilemma. The salary that i get does not give me 55K Pounds. So i intend to supplement the income from india. I have 3 flats in india from which i get around 20K per month. Now can i include this income also ?

Total Income = 50K euro + 240K*3( the factor to multiple for Indian income) INR = 62K euro = 58K pounds so that i can get those points in that bandwidth ?

Has any one tried the same and have met with success ?

Also, i intend to get my visa through first and then apply for my wife and kid as i dont intend to send all the 3 peoples money and loose all of them in 1 go ? can i get my visa and then immediately apply for wife and kid the next day ?

People with experience for the same please let me know the same.
