Application Wrongly refused under 322(1A).Need urgent help

Hi every one,

I came to Uk on 1 year Tier 4 student visa in Oct 2009.I was in full time employment in my home country China before coming here for further studies.
While here I came to know about Tier 1 General scheme.I checked the Ukba calculator and I was scoring enough points .

So I applied for It in Dec 2009.I claimed points for my previous earning before I came here for study.I submitted pay slips ,employer letter and bank statements to prove my claim.

But home has reused my application after 10 months by saying that the Directer of my company has confirmed to them That I have never worked for that company.Which is totally wrong and unacceptable by me.

I Genuinely worked for my company and also I have very good relationship with the directer/HR of my previous company.So I called my company back home today and spoke with the directer. Surprisingly they have not got any verification call/visit from Ukba or from the local British high commission.

Ukba is 100% lying.

The directer of my company is ready to give me written confirmation that He or any person in my company is NOT contacted by either Ukba nor BHC regarding the verification of my earnings.I have also got my Tax returns as well which I did not submitted as Ukba requires only 2 proofs.

Ukba gave me the right of appeal because my student visa was expired last month.I already filed my appeal and now waiting for the hearing date.I will fight in court for this negligence/Fraud/Deception from Ukba.

Can you people please guide me what else I can do in this matter.How can I strengthen my case more and more.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.Thanks in advance.
