Tier 1 Dependant query

I got my T1 visa (general) stamped effective 25 oct 10. (from India)
On the visa, it is written as: Number of Dependant: 0
However, I am married and as a proof of evidence I provided marriage certificate.

Is it OK?
Now i am planning to apply for my wife's visa as T1 dependant visa, will there be any problem/issue due to above mentioned point?

Please advise.
