Surrender Certificate Mis-spelt my Name?

Surrender Certificate Mis-spelt my Name?

Today I went to collect my surrender cerificate and I noticed my First Name misspelt.

I have spoken to VFS Manager and he gave me the correction form, it will send back to HCI and i have to wait again another 1 week.

I cannot believe how come they make silly mistakes?

Did anyone has expericend same problem? and How long it took to recevie back?
