settlement Visa in UK

Hello i looking for your help,

My wife has UK passport and she grant the same to my three children, my wife became UK citizen since 2005 because she born there and never visit UK after she got the passport. We are living in Abu Dhabi – Unite Arab Emirates since 2002 when we marriage means 8 years, my wife not working and i am support them. I planning to submit the application for to get the settlement visa but through my checking in the application i found there is a declaration from the sponsor that undertaking to cover everything in UK plus she is not working.
In this case if i submit the application with a latter from my side saying that i will continually support them it is enough i will refused. If it so , what shall i do?

If your wife and children are British Citzens, they don't need a visa or sponsor. They can just turn up and live here.

thanks for your replay, i know they can immediately visit UK and living there because they already British Citizen but i am talking about myself which i am not UK citizen and i need to join them.

It may be worthwhile to visit the UK first, to take the KOL test.

You may apply for a spouse visa, subject to the maintenance and accommodation requirements.

As long as you can show you are able to support yourselves financially as a family, it doesn't matter which of you provides the funds.
